1. Welcome
2. Minutes from previous meeting -
   Minutes were read and a motion was made to approve ethem as they were by Judy and seconded by Ruthann.
3. Finance - 2024-25 budget was presented, questions asked and answered. A motion was made by Barbara to accept the budget and seconded by Ruthann.
4. School Recognition funds will be divided among all staff equally.
5. Out of Field - Teacher Patricia Snyder OOF for ESOL 2024-25 school year
