2. Minutes from previous meeting -Financials
   1. Minutes were read and a motion was made to approve them as they were by Ruthann and seconded by Judy.
4. School Recognition FUnds - These funds will be divided equally among all employees (25 employees) Once the amount is released from the state.
5. Tim Price Enterprises will conduct our annual audit 2024.
