Board Minutes - July 13, 2021

Members Present – Jody Studstill, Judy Benton, Megan Hassell

Jennifer Pittman, Kimberly Bartley, Angie Jordan

Members Absent: Ruthann Ross, Barbara Locke

Minutes from the April 20, 2021 board meeting were read, a motion was made by Judy to accept the minutes, seconded by Jody Studstill; Motion carried

Financial Statement for May 2021 was presented and discussed. All finances are in order and on schedule. The final Audit for the 2020-21 school year should be ready by October 2021

The budget for the 2021-22 school year was presented   A motion was made by Megan Hassell to accept the budget, seconded by Judy Benton, Motion Carried

Employees - All positions are filled and ready to begin school

Mental Health Plan and the School Safety Plan - Both plans were discussed and a motion was made by Judy Studstill to continue following the district plan and fall under their umbrella, seconded by Megan Hassell, Motion carried. The district keep the funds given to WWCS, approximately $16,000

Handbook - Parent Student Handbook was reviewed no changes were needed at this time. Judy Benton made a motion to keep the current handbook, seconded by Megan Hassell, Motion carried.
