Board Minutes - January 16, 2020

Members Present – Ruthann Ross, Jody Studstill, Judy Benton, Barbara Locke

Minutes from the August 27, 2019 board meeting was read and a motion was made by Ruthann to accept the minutes, seconded by Jody; Motion carried

Financial Statements for December were presented and discussed. All finances are in order and on schedule.

Survey 3

Out of Field Teachers – L. Michelle Wilson – ESOL, Donna Beckham - ESOL

Best and Brightest Scholarship - WWCS was awarded $12, 603. A motion was made by Judy to divide the money evenly between the teachers and administration, Barbara seconded, Motion carried.

Repairs - The septic tank behind Building 10 had to be pumped and then replaced. It had caved into itself. The second septic tank in the front of Building 10 had to be pumped and will need to be replaced in the coming the months.
