Board Minutes - August 27, 2019

Members Present – Ruthann Ross, Jody Studstill, Judy Benton, Megan Hassell Kim Bartley, Jennifer Pittman, Angie Jordan

Minutes from the June 27th board meeting was read and a motion was made by Judy to accept the minutes, seconded by Jody; Motion carried

Financial Statements for July were presented and discussed. All finances are in order and on schedule.

End of the year audit is coming up. All board members will receive a copy of the final audit via email.

We have a full time SRO – Sergeant Max Long is on campus during school hours and any evening activities such as Open House, programs, etc. All members were happy to hear that he was here full time.

New members – Encouraged anyone who would like to serve to attend
