Board minutes from the November 1, 2018 were presented. Motion was made by Judy Benton to accept them as read, seconded by Jody Studstill; Motion carried.

Financial statements were presented. No questions.

Update on the 1415 FTE Audit – Still no word from FLDOE on the monetary amount for the finding.
